Today, Warner Bros. Discovery and DIRECTV have announced the immediate availability of discovery+ to DIRECTV and DIRECTV STREAM customers. Subscribers now have access to the extensive library of over 70,000 episodes of original programming and library content from Warner Bros. Discovery family of networks, which include popular titles like Designing Christmas, One Delicious Christmas, and Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy.
Customers who subscribe to discovery+ via DIRECTV will receive a $2 monthly discount on their DIRECTV or DIRECTV STREAM service. The service can be accessed seamlessly within the DIRECTV and DIRECTV STREAM interface, enabling viewers to enjoy all their discovery+ content in one place.
Rob Thun, DIRECTV’s Chief Content Officer, said that they always strive to offer their customers the content they desire, whenever and however they want it, at a great value. The partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery will help programming partners expand their reach while offering customers discounts they prefer.

Discovery+ offers more than 70,000 episodes of current and classic shows from Discovery’s portfolio of networks, including HGTV, Food Network, TLC, ID, OWN, Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, and Magnolia Network, along with hundreds of hours of exclusive content and more than 200 discovery+ original titles. Additionally, the service offers top non-fiction content from A&E, The HISTORY Channel, Lifetime, and an expansive offering of nature and environmental programming.
DIRECTV and DIRECTV STREAM customers can purchase the ad-lite tier of discovery+ for $4.99 per month and receive a $2 monthly discount off their DIRECTV or DIRECTV STREAM video subscription.
